Job Description

As a Training and Development Specialist, you will lead training initiatives that drive personal and organizational growth. You'll collaborate with various departments to identify skill gaps and facilitate workshops that empower our team to excel in their roles.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate training schedules and logistics.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with learning institutions.
  • Ensure all materials are up to date and relevant.
  • Analyze training data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support skill development.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching to employees as needed.
  • Oversee the selection and onboarding of external trainers.
  • Encourage a culture of feedback and open communication.
  • Lead initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement through learning.
  • Keep abreast of compliance training and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or related field
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a training or organizational development role
