Responsibilities

  • Evaluate mental health needs and establish treatment priorities.
  • Manage crisis situations and provide immediate support to clients.
  • Engage in continual professional development and training.
  • Support clients in developing coping strategies and life skills.
  • Advocate for clients within the healthcare system.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss case progress and strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychotherapy, or related field
  • Master's degree in Clinical Psychology is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in mental health counseling or related field
