Job Description

We are searching for a passionate UX Designer to join our Cape Town team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting seamless user experiences that delight our clients and their users. You will work closely with product managers and developers to create intuitive interfaces and engaging interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead user experience design efforts for new product features.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and validate ideas.
  • Utilize design tools such as Figma and Sketch to create high-fidelity mockups.
  • Analyze user feedback and performance metrics to inform design improvements.
  • Engage in continuous learning to refine design skills and techniques.
  • Promote a user-first mindset across all project teams.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Design or related field
  • Postgraduate qualifications in UX or UI Design is a plus
Experience
  • 4+ years of UX design experience with a strong portfolio
