Responsibilities

  • Coordinate training sessions for staff on health regulations and policies.
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new administrative staff.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding patient information.
  • Ensure the office environment is professional and welcoming.
  • Remove obstacles to patient access to care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
  • Review and update personnel policies regularly.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Health Management is a plus

  • 3-5 years in administrative roles within the healthcare sector
