Responsibilities

  • Oversee recruitment efforts and onboarding processes.
  • Coordinate training and professional development programs.
  • Manage employee relations activities and investigations.
  • Administer performance evaluation processes.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate employee benefits and payroll processes.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Assist in conducting staff engagement surveys.
  • Provide guidance to management on HR best practices.
  • Support organizational change initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's in Human Resources is advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years in HR, preferably in a fast-paced environment
