Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the recruitment strategy of Tech Innovations Inc. in Johannesburg. Your primary focus will be on identifying top talent, enhancing candidate experience, and implementing innovative recruitment solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic recruitment initiatives to meet organizational goals.
  • Optimize sourcing channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Provide guidance to hiring managers on selection processes and interview techniques.
  • Monitor and evaluate recruitment metrics to enhance effectiveness.
  • Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Develop employer branding strategies to promote Tech Innovations Inc. as an employer of choice.
  • Organize and participate in career fairs and recruitment events.
  • Conduct regular market research to stay informed on competitor strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Relevant certifications in recruitment are advantageous
