Responsibilities

• Administer facial treatments, body treatments, and hair removal.
• Evaluate skin conditions and recommend personalized care strategies.
• Conduct consultations to understand client expectations.
• Uphold health and safety regulations in all treatments.
• Encourage clients to return for follow-up appointments.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless service experience.
• Manage bookings and scheduling efficiently.

Requirements

Education

• Cosmetology License
• Advanced Diploma in Aesthetics preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a spa or salon environment

Technical Skills

• Chemical Peels
• Microdermabrasion

Soft Skills

• Empathy
• Problem-solving

Certifications

• Beauty Therapy Certification
• Health and Safety in Beauty Practice Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational
