Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and coordinate our projects in Centurion. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time and meet the necessary quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing diverse teams, developing project plans, and aligning project objectives with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Set objectives and ensure project delivery aligns with expectations.
• Prepare and present project proposals to senior management.
• Manage project documentation, including schedules, reports, and change requests.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and standards.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct post-project reviews to measure success and capture insights for future projects.
• Identify new project opportunities aligned with company strategy.
• Assist in resource planning to meet project requirements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business or Engineering
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• At least 5 years of experience leading projects in a similar industry

Certifications
