Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, you will be the first line of support for our internal teams and clients. You'll assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues while maintaining IT networks and systems. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and a passion for technology.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to and resolve helpdesk tickets in a timely manner.
  • Install and configure computer hardware and software.
  • Assist in network administration and security.
  • Educate users on IT best practices and software tools.
  • Participate in the development of IT policies and procedures.
  • Evaluate and recommend new software and hardware solutions.
  • Prepare detailed reports on IT issues and resolutions.

Requirements

Education
  • Certification in IT Support (CompTIA A+, etc.)
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support or related field
Technical Skills
  • Mac OS
  • ITIL Framework

Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous

  • Knowledge of Linux systems: Understanding of Linux operating systems can be beneficial.
  • Experience with ticketing systems: Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems to manage user requests.
