Epitaxial Reactor Operator

Job Description

The Epitaxial Reactor Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining epitaxial reactors used in the production of semiconductor materials. Ideal candidates will have a solid understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and be able to work in a cleanroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate epitaxial reactors following safety protocols and operational guidelines.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and processes.
• Analyze and interpret data from reactor processes to optimize performance.
• Document maintenance and service records for compliance purposes.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve process issues.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Technical or vocational qualification in a relevant field
• Knowledge of chemistry and/or physics is beneficial

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in semiconductor or chemical processing

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of chemical and/or semiconductor processing
• Data analysis

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail
• Team collaboration

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with other types of semiconductor processing equipment: Valuable experience with etchers, implanters, or furnaces.
• Experience working in a cleanroom environment: Familiarity with protocols and practices relevant to cleanroom operations.
