UX Designer

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate UX Designer who thrives in a dynamic environment. You will improve the usability of our online platforms and ensure that user needs are at the forefront of our design decisions. Previous experience in user research, wireframing, and usability testing is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead user-centered design projects from concept inception to market delivery.
• Create visually appealing and functional design solutions for web and mobile applications.
• Engage in stakeholders' discussions to gather design requirements.
• Work closely with developers to maintain alignment throughout the design process.
• Iterate designs based on user feedback and analytical insights.
• Document design processes and create design guidelines.
• Mentor junior designers through design thinking principles.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's in Human-Computer Interaction or related field
• Master's in related field is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years in UX/UI Design with a strong portfolio

Technical Skills

• Information Architecture
• User Interface Design

Certifications

• Certified Interaction Designer (CID)
• Google UX Design Professional Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent
