We are in search of an experienced Environmental Engineer to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of environmental regulations and standards, along with the ability to design and implement sustainable solutions. In this role, you will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure compliance and promote responsible environmental practices.

Responsibilities

• Implement sustainable project designs that align with environmental regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential environmental hazards.
• Advise on waste management practices to minimize environmental impact.
• Liaise with clients to provide updates on project status and environmental compliance.
• Research and apply for environmental permits as required.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or Engineering
• Relevant certifications in environmental assessments are a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in environmental consulting or engineering
