Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Supply Chain Manager to streamline our supply chain processes and enhance operational efficiency. The right candidate will oversee logistics, procurement, and inventory, ensuring we meet our business objectives while delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee procurement, warehousing, and distribution.
• Create supply chain strategies aimed at reducing costs and improving efficiency.
• Evaluate supplier performance and make decisions based on quality and reliability.
• Manage and improve the logistics process for inbound and outbound shipments.
• Conduct regular assessments of existing supply chain operations.
• Negotiate with suppliers for the best prices and terms.
• Work with accounting to ensure timely payment of invoices related to supply chain operations.
• Develop training materials for new supply chain employees.
• Implement technology solutions to enhance supply chain visibility.
• Promote a culture of safety and reliability within the supply chain team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Master's degree in Supply Chain or Business is preferable

Experience

• 5-7 years of experience in supply chain or logistical roles

Technical Skills

• ERP Software
• Supply Chain Optimization

Soft Skills

• Analytical Thinking
• Communication

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Bilingual Proficiency: Ability to communicate in multiple languages is a plus.
• Experience with Lean Methodologies: Familiarity with implementing Lean principles to eliminate waste.
