We are on the lookout for a Supply Chain Manager to streamline our supply chain processes and enhance operational efficiency. The right candidate will oversee logistics, procurement, and inventory, ensuring we meet our business objectives while delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the entire supply chain and logistics operations.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with business goals.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage procurement processes.
• Negotiate contracts and maintain relationships with suppliers.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and finance teams.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Troubleshoot supply chain issues as they arise.
• Train and mentor supply chain staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Master's degree in Supply Chain or Business is preferable

Experience

• 5-7 years of experience in supply chain or logistical roles

Technical Skills

• ERP Software

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
