Job Description
We are seeking a proactive HR Manager to lead our HR department in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee relations, talent acquisition, and performance management, and will be responsible for implementing HR strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop training materials and conduct workshops.
  • Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Implement diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Review and update job descriptions and specifications.
  • Manage employee health and wellness programs.
  • Guide and coach HR staff to foster a proactive HR environment.
  • Assess employee training needs and make development plans.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field
  • Master's degree in HR or Business Administration is an advantage
  • Employee Relations Proficient in managing employee relations and resolving conflicts.
  • Recruitment In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes and techniques.
  • Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in HR scenarios.
  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP)
  • HR Management Diploma
  • English (Fluent)
  • Afrikaans (Basic)
Advantageous
  • Knowledge of South African labor laws: Strong understanding of HR regulations that apply in South Africa.
  • Experience in change management: Proven record of managing change initiatives in organizations.
