Job Description

We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management. Responsibilities

• Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including job descriptions and interviews.
• Design and deliver training programs for staff development.
• Handle employee grievances and mediate disputes.
• Compile HR metrics and analyze trends for continuous improvement.
• Advocate for a positive employee experience and workplace culture.
• Participate in the strategic planning of HR initiatives.
• Liaise with department heads to determine HR needs.
• Review and update employee handbooks and policies.
• Drive cultural change initiatives within the organization.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management
• Postgraduate qualification in HR is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in a generalist HR role

Certifications
