Job Description

We are in search of a System Administrator with a passion for technology and expertise in managing IT infrastructure. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our network and systems, providing technical support, and managing server environments. The ideal candidate will have experience with both Windows and Linux platforms and a commitment to maintaining security protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support for server and network issues.
• Evaluate and recommend hardware and software solutions.
• Oversee network performance and security monitoring.
• Implement and manage backup and recovery solutions.
• Work with vendors for procurement of IT-related supplies.
• Evaluate potential technology upgrades and improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Computer Science or similar field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in system and network administration

• Virtualization

Certifications

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
