Job Description

As a UX Designer at Innovative Design Co., you will be responsible for crafting intuitive and attractive user experiences. Your design solutions will address client challenges, promote usability, and contribute to the digital landscape in Stellenbosch.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive navigation flows and interaction models.
• Conduct A/B testing to evaluate design effectiveness.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather feedback.
• Create and manage design systems to maintain consistency.
• Mentor junior designers and offer constructive criticism.
• Collaborate with marketing to ensure brand alignment in design.
• Document user journeys and visual design processes in detail.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field
• Postgraduate preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design

Technical Skills

• HTML/CSS
• Visual Design

• Adaptability

Certifications

• Nielsen Norman Group UX Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in front-end development: Ability to code in HTML/CSS, enhancing designs with actual coding skills.
