Job Description

As the Aerosol Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of aerosol products. This role demands strong leadership and technical skills, ensuring that production is efficient while adhering to safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the setup and calibration of production equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes.
• Ensure all production documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate
• Relevant qualification in chemical engineering, production management or similar.

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role within manufacturing

Technical Skills

• SAP or ERP expertise
• Lean manufacturing principles

Soft Skills

• Analytical skills
• Decision-making

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems: Familiarity with using ERP systems for tracking production metrics and resources.
