Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who is passionate about ensuring customer success and satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and manage logistics processes, identifying areas for improvement and cost savings.
  • Develop relationships with key partners to ensure a smooth logistics operation.
  • Prepare and submit reports on logistics performance and costs to management.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations.
  • Train and supervise junior logistics staff to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years in a logistics role or similar field
