Warehouse Manager

Job Description

We are searching for a Warehouse Manager to oversee our operations in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will manage the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of goods. You will play a critical role in optimizing workflows, managing a team, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
• Achieve optimal productivity and efficiency within the warehouse.
• Track and report on KPIs such as inventory accuracy and order fulfillment rates.
• Handle employee performance evaluations and disciplinary actions as necessary.
• Plan for future warehouse needs, including staffing and equipment.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse management or similar role

Technical Skills

• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
