Job Description

In this rewarding role, you will provide nursing care to patients in a fast-paced environment, ensuring their comfort and safety, while adhering to healthcare standards and protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Monitor and document patients’ progress and response to treatments.
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately and safely.
  • Educate patients and their families about health conditions and preventive measures.
  • Coordinate care with healthcare teams to enhance patient comfort and recovery.
  • Engage in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with public health and safety regulations.
  • Mentor and train less experienced nursing staff.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification
  • Specialization in a healthcare area is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years in a hospital setting preferred
