Job Description

As a Computer and Information Systems Manager, you will oversee the entire IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security for our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset and have a solid background in IT operations, with a keen focus on improving system efficiency and supporting the business's technological needs.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the integrity and security of the organization’s data.
  • Coordinate IT projects from conception to completion.
  • Manage IT budgets and oversee procurement processes.
  • Support users with any technical issues or queries.
  • Evaluate new software and technology solutions for the organization.
  • Maintain good relationships with external IT service providers.
  • Monitor IT systems performance and implement enhancements.
  • Develop staff training programs on new technologies and procedures.
  • Prepare reports on IT operations for management.
  • Lead projects aimed at improving overall IT efficiency.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent are advantageous
Experience
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in managing IT infrastructures
