Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager to join our Johannesburg team. Your primary responsibilities will include managing tenant relations, conducting property inspections, and coordinating maintenance activities. The successful applicant will play a key role in maintaining property standards and fostering relationships with residents.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all properties comply with local housing laws and regulations.
  • Oversee tenant onboarding processes and orientations.
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams to address urgent property issues.
  • Assist in preparing property budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Manage tenant communication effectively through various channels.
  • Monitor property conditions and recommend improvement projects.
  • Educate tenants on community policies and procedures.
  • Develop relationships with local service providers and contractors.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancing property value and tenant satisfaction.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management or Business Management
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years in property management, real estate, or facilities management
