You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive efficiencies and innovate solutions for complex industrial challenges.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate production processes and workflows to identify bottlenecks.
• Implement lean manufacturing techniques to streamline operations.
• Work with IT to optimize manufacturing software solutions.
• Provide training and support to staff on new engineering processes.
• Review engineering projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Conduct feasibility studies for new technologies or processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial engineering or related roles
