Job Description

We are actively seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee our upcoming projects in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with experience in managing teams, timelines, and resources effectively. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential as you will liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success.

Responsibilities

  • Create comprehensive project plans that integrate all facets of project execution.
  • Allocate resources responsibly and manage budgets effectively.
  • Conduct risk assessments and proactively address potential issues.
  • Encourage open lines of communication among project teams.
  • Deliver timely updates to stakeholders regarding project milestones.
  • Actively seek client feedback to optimize project outcomes.
  • Develop contingency plans to address unexpected challenges.
  • Nurture relationships with external partners and suppliers.

  • Evaluate project deliverables against clear success criteria.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Project Management or Business Administration is preferred
  • PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable
Experience
  • Over 7 years of experience in leading large-scale projects
