Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design for residential and commercial projects.
• Ensure that all architectural designs adhere to safety and zoning standards.
• Prepare detailed project schedules and budgets.
• Communicate effectively with clients to clarify design visions.
• Mentor junior architects and interns.
• Incorporate contemporary design trends into architectural projects.
• Enhance design presentations with 3D models and visual aids.
• Conduct performance evaluation of completed projects and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Master's degree in Urban Planning or related field is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years working as a registered Architect

• Graphic Design Software

Certifications

• English: Fluent
