We are on the lookout for a passionate Teaching Assistant to support our educators in East London. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing the learning experiences of our students. Responsibilities include assisting with lesson preparation, helping students with their work, and ensuring a safe and engaging classroom environment. Responsibilities

• Work closely with teachers to deliver tailored educational experiences.
• Support behavioral management strategies in the classroom.
• Assist in assessing student progress and needs.
• Help organize educational trips and outdoor activities.
• Maintain classroom equipment and materials.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to curriculum development.
• Foster a welcoming environment for students to express themselves.

Requirements

Education

• Higher Certificate in Education or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Education is a plus

Experience

• Experience working with children in a classroom setting required.

Languages

• English: Fluent
