Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of online learning strategies that align with educational goals.
  • Work with tech teams to integrate learning management systems effectively.
  • Monitor and assess learner engagement and satisfaction metrics.
  • Collaborate on content updates and revisions based on learner feedback.
  • Support continuous improvement through data analysis and reporting.

  • Engage in community outreach to promote educational initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Educational Technology or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in developing online educational programs
