As a Construction Manager, you will be tasked with guiding projects through each phase of construction while managing budgets and schedules. Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate construction activities while ensuring safety compliance.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
• Review and approve subcontractor work and material procurement.
• Facilitate communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Evaluate project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans.
• Ensure quality control measures are in place and followed.
• Prepare and present project updates to senior management.
• Negotiate contracts with external suppliers and vendors.
• Train and mentor junior construction staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management
