Responsibilities

• Lead design workshops to develop innovative architectural solutions tailored to client needs.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations and zoning laws.
• Develop project budgets and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Mentor junior architects and interns, fostering professional growth and development.
• Engage with local communities and stakeholders to gather input for projects.
• Review and assess the work of team members, providing guidance and support.
• Support business development efforts by participating in proposal submissions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field
• Master's degree in Architectural Design preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of architectural experience

Technical Skills

• Building Codes Knowledge
• BIM Software Proficiency

Certifications

• Professional Practice Examination (PPE)

Languages

• English: Fluent
