Structural Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a Structural Engineer with a passion for design and analysis to join our accomplished team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of structural systems and will be responsible for managing a variety of engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the structural design process from inception to completion.
• Perform load calculations and develop engineering solutions.
• Interface with contractors and suppliers during construction phases.
• Evaluate project proposals and provide technical recommendations.
• Adhere to schedules and budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering
• Master's degree in Engineering is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience

• TensorFlow
• Civil 3D

Certifications

• ISO 9001 Quality Management certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
