Job Description

As a Virtual Assistant, you will handle a range of administrative duties to help our team function efficiently. Your ability to multitask and prioritize will contribute to our ongoing success.

Responsibilities

  • Organize daily operations and streamline processes.
  • Coordinate meetings and manage event logistics.
  • Maintain contact lists and address book.
  • Create and manage spreadsheets and databases.
  • Follow up on pending tasks and requests.
  • Assist in social media and marketing efforts.
  • Prepare expense reports and manage budgets.
  • Aid in training and supervising junior administrative staff.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Cultivate relationships with external partners and vendors.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Office Administration or related field
  • Bachelor's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 3+ years in a virtual assistant role preferred
