Job Description

We are looking for dedicated Adhesive Bonding Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience with heat sealing machines and a keen eye for detail to ensure the quality and efficiency of our production.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate heat sealing machinery to package products.
• Ensure machine settings are appropriate for production needs.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on packaged goods.
• Maintain machine cleanliness and adhere to safety regulations.
• Document production data and report any discrepancies.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency.
• Train and mentor new employees on operational procedures.
• Support machine troubleshooting and repairs.
• Adhere to health and safety standards consistently.
• Carry out any other related tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

Education

• Matric Certificate or equivalent

Experience

• Proven experience as a Heat Sealing Machine Operator or similar role.

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Forklift Certification: Certification or experience in operating forklifts.
