Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Shoe Machine Operator to join our dynamic production team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have experience operating different types of shoe machinery and will be responsible for ensuring the efficient functioning of production lines.

Responsibilities

• Operate various shoe assembly machines, maintaining production speed.
• Perform quality checks throughout the manufacturing process.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
• Conduct minor repairs and adjustments to machinery.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Work with quality control to resolve any production-related issues.

Requirements

Education

• Matric/Grade 12 certificate

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or machine operation
