Join our team as an IT Support Technician in Bloemfontein! You will be the first point of contact for technical support, assisting clients with day-to-day IT issues. We’re looking for someone with exceptional communication skills and technical prowess.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive support for IT systems and services.
• Identify and troubleshoot networking issues.
• Help in the management of inventory for IT resources.
• Maintain knowledge of current technologies and trends in IT.
• Assist in performing regular systems audits and testing.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers as necessary.
• Prepare reports on system performance and issues.

Requirements

Education

• BTech in Information Technology or equivalent
• Certifications in Microsoft or Cisco are highly beneficial

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a technical support role
