Job Description

Seeking an IT Support Technician to become part of our innovative team in Bloemfontein. You will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining equipment, and delivering excellent customer support. Candidates should be proactive in addressing tech challenges and have a genuine interest in IT support and administration.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to and manage incoming support requests, ensuring customers are satisfied with resolutions.
  • Set up and maintain user accounts, permissions, and rights.
  • Monitor and manage IT assets, ensuring compliance with policies.
  • Provide training and guidance to end-users on software and hardware usage.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to improve internal processes and responses.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years in a help desk or IT support role
