Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Garment Mender to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for repairing damaged garments using various techniques such as stitching, patching, and reweaving. A keen eye for detail and a passion for quality are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough inspections of damaged garments and identify the best repair approach.
• Use sewing machines and hand stitching techniques to repair clothing efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while managing repair records.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely and quality repairs.
• Stay updated on garment industry trends for better repair techniques.
• Assist with other production tasks and support team members as necessary.

Requirements

Education

• No specific qualifications required
• Experience working with various fabrics is a plus

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in garment mending or textile repair.

Technical Skills

• Machine operation

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
