Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Cape Town office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, resources, and budgets. You will implement effective project management methodologies to maximize efficiency and drive project success.

Responsibilities

• Define project scopes and objectives in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Establish project timelines and allocate resources effectively.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop risk management strategies.
• Ensure effective communication across all project stakeholders.
• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Ensure the integration of project work with other organizational efforts.
• Facilitate change management processes as necessary.
• Perform quality assurance checks on project deliverables.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Project Management or Business Administration
• Relevant certifications are an added advantage

Experience

• 5+ years in project management with a proven track record

• Agile and Scrum methodologies

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
