Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Network Operations Technician to oversee our network infrastructure. You will troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver top-notch IT support and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage network monitoring tools to track system performance.
• Respond quickly to network outages and troubleshooting requests.
• Assist in the deployment of new network technologies.
• Work with vendors for procurement and technical support.
• Maintain accurate inventory of all network hardware.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and regulations.
• Facilitate user access to network resources and security controls.
• Conduct network assessments to identify areas of improvement.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
• Document incidents and resolutions for knowledge sharing.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred
• Certifications in networking or IT support are highly desirable

Experience

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in a network support role
