Job Description

As a Site Supervisor at Construction Solutions Ltd., you will be responsible for the successful execution of construction plans, overseeing teams on site, and ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all work complies with building codes and safety standards.
• Assist in project scheduling and resource planning.
• Address any conflicts or issues that arise on-site promptly.
• Conduct regular meetings with team members to discuss progress.
• Evaluate and provide feedback on subcontractor performance.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure high standards.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Additional certifications such as Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) are preferred.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction supervision
