Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee and coordinate all property management activities in our East London portfolio. The successful candidate will ensure that all properties are well-maintained and that tenant needs are met efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate tenant onboarding and move-in processes.
  • Ensure timely collection of rental payments and manage delinquent accounts.
  • Cultivate positive tenant relationships to enhance retention.
  • Plan and execute property improvement projects and upgrades.
  • Generate regular reports on property performance and financials.
  • Work closely with suppliers and service providers to ensure quality service.
  • Lead emergency response efforts for property-related incidents.
  • Assist in resolving complex tenant issues and disputes.
  • Enhance tenant communication through newsletters and property updates.
  • Participate in local community events to promote company visibility.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Professional certification in property management is advantageous
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management
