Responsibilities

• Initiate and lead project kick-off meetings to align team members on objectives.
• Define and manage project risks and issues effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Manage project budgets and ensure resources are allocated appropriately.
• Tracking project milestones and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Conduct performance evaluations for project team members.
• Enhance team efficiency through coaching and mentorship.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in project management.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Project Management or related field
• MBA is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years in project management roles

• Agile Methodologies

Certifications

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
• Lean Six Sigma Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
