Responsibilities

• Create detailed drawings and 3D models using CAD software.
• Incorporate sustainable design practices into projects.
• Coordinate with engineers and other key stakeholders throughout the design process.
• Utilize design software to visualize concepts and modify designs based on feedback.
• Conduct feasibility studies and evaluate materials for cost-effectiveness and sustainability.
• Mentor junior designers and interns within the team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in architectural design

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• SketchUp
• Photoshop

Soft Skills

Certifications

• LEED Accreditation
• Registered Architect (optional)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
