Requirements

Education

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology

Experience

• 2+ years in technical support or help desk roles

Technical Skills

• Linux OS
• Troubleshooting hardware and software

Certifications

• CompTIA Network+

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with remote support tools: Familiarity with tools used for providing remote IT support.
