Responsibilities

• Lead a team of bus operators to ensure efficient operations.
• Enforce safety regulations and policies among drivers.
• Plan and optimize daily bus schedules for maximum efficiency.
• Evaluate and address driver performance issues.
• Respond to and resolve passenger inquiries and complaints.
• Manage maintenance schedules and vehicle inspections.
• Keep detailed logs of daily operational activities.
• Train and onboard new staff effectively.
