Job Description

We are currently seeking a qualified Architect to join our innovative team in Johannesburg. As an Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning projects while ensuring compliance with building regulations and sustainability standards. You will collaborate with engineers, clients, and contractors throughout all project phases to bring creative concepts to life and exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Design and draft architectural plans based on client requirements and site analysis.
• Conduct feasibility studies and site evaluations.
• Utilize CAD software and other design tools to create detailed drawings.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity on design concepts.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Ensure compliance with zoning laws, building codes, and safety standards.
• Present design proposals to clients and gather feedback.
• Supervise construction processes to ensure adherence to the architectural design.
• Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and regulations.
• Provide consultation and recommendations on materials and finishes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture or related field
