Job Description

We are currently seeking a qualified Architect to join our innovative team in Johannesburg. As an Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning projects while ensuring compliance with building regulations and sustainability standards. You will collaborate with engineers, clients, and contractors throughout all project phases to bring creative concepts to life and exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative design sessions to generate innovative architectural concepts.
• Coordinate with structural and MEP engineers to integrate systems within design.
• Oversee project development from ideation through to execution.
• Prepare and present project documentation, including specs and schedules.
• Ensure effective communication with all project parties.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture or related field

• AutoCAD
• Revit
• SketchUp

Certifications

• Registered Architect
