Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee architectural designs that reflect client aspirations.
• Implement sustainable practices in building design for environmental responsibility.
• Create detailed blueprints and models, ensuring precision in measurements and specifications.
• Assist in securing permits and approvals from governmental bodies.
• Participate in community engagement and outreach on specific projects.
• Work with project managers to ensure compliance with schedules and budgets.
• Research innovative materials and technologies to apply in projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• Experience with 4+ years managing architectural projects from conception to completion

Certifications

• LEED Accreditation

Languages

• English: Fluent
