We are seeking a Healthcare Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our healthcare facility in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing healthcare services and a strong understanding of healthcare regulations. You will play a vital role in ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement robust administrative processes in line with healthcare regulations.
• Monitor patient satisfaction surveys and implement changes based on feedback.
• Coordinate with external suppliers and vendors for medical supplies.
• Perform regular audits to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Lead staff meetings to discuss operational improvements and patient care strategies.
• Manage billing and insurance processes for patients.
• Facilitate communication between departments to enhance workflow.
• Stay current on healthcare law and regulations affecting the facility.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health or a related discipline
• Relevant Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in healthcare management or administration
