We are seeking a meticulous Finance Manager to drive financial planning and analysis efforts in our Johannesburg office. Responsibilities

• Manage financial planning and analysis to support corporate strategies.
• Prepare accurate financial forecasts and assess financial performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals.
• Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Monitor and analyze financial metrics and trends.
• Provide guidance on budgeting and spending to departments.
• Maintain compliance with local and international financial regulations.
• Support the CFO in financial strategies and initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• Professional finance qualification (CIMA, CA) is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of finance experience, with strong exposure to management roles
