Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our administrative team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will contribute to our operations by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and providing clerical support. You will play a vital role in facilitating smooth communications within the team and ensuring that daily tasks are accomplished efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare correspondence and documents for distribution.
  • Schedule and coordinate office events and meetings.
  • Maintain the office supply inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Manage client relationships through effective communication.
  • Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric (Grade 12) required
  • Certificate in Secretarial Studies or similar qualification is advantageous
Experience
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service or office support role
